Kevin joined the department in 1994 and is certified at HazMat Operations level. Kevin is a member of the Rope Rescue Team and is a certified EMS First Responder.  In November of 2000, Kevin was promoted to the position of Lieutenant and in 2003 was promoted to Captain.
