Kevin joined the department in 1995 and is certified at HazMat Technician level. Kevin is certified as a level 1B firefighter. Kevin is a member of the Rope Rescue Team and is certified as an EMT Basic.  Kevin was promoted to his current position of Lieutenant in June, 2001.  Kevin is also a member of the St. Henry Life  Squad where he serves as a first-responder for Marion Township.
